Be honest. Is this you lately?
Low testosterone does not announce itself. It shows up as things you have learned to blame on age, stress, or your last deployment.
You sleep seven hours and still wake up wrecked
Drained and foggy by lunch, no matter how much coffee
Belly fat that will not move, even eating clean and training
Drive is gone, at work and at home
Short fuse with the people you care about most
You do not feel like the man you were five years ago
The question that changed my life
I spent 12 years in the Marine Corps. Half of it with Marine Special Operations Command as a Raider. Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkey, Southeast Asia.
When I got out, I thought I had it figured out. Get a job, make up lost time with my wife and kids. Instead I was numb, disconnected, and exhausted after eight hours of sleep. The physique I had built over a decade slipped away while I was still training five days a week and eating clean. My drive was gone. It cost me my marriage, and worse than that, I could not relate to my own daughters.
Then a buddy asked me a question nobody had asked me in twelve years of military medicine. Have you had your hormones checked?
My testosterone came back at 190. At age 30.
The doctor who read my labs was a former Vietnam surgeon, 72 years old. He told me his was 1,200, and then he told me it was no wonder I felt like garbage. I had the testosterone of a man forty years older than me.
Nobody at the VA had ever run the test. They had a diagnosis ready and a prescription pad, and neither one asked what was actually broken. Fixing my hormones did not fix everything in my life. It did give me back the engine I needed to fix the rest of it.
That is the whole reason this program exists at $275. Cost is the number one reason men stop treatment, or never start it. I am not interested in being part of a clinic that only works for guys who can drop four grand a year.
Most of the men we treat served. A lot of them did not. Your testosterone does not care whether you deployed, and neither do we. If you are a man walking around with the symptoms I had, this is built for you.

Low testosterone in this population is not vanity. It is the downstream cost of years of microtrauma, adrenaline, and cortisol, and it gets misread as something else constantly.
What you pay for
Your full medication protocol
Testosterone and the ancillary medications your provider prescribes alongside it, pharmacy prepared and precisely dosed. Not a supplement, not a booster. Prescription medication.
One price, whatever your protocol needs
Most clinics quote you a testosterone price, then bill the supporting medications on top of it. Your protocol is between you and your provider, and it costs the same $275 either way.
Provider oversight
A licensed provider reviews your labs, writes your protocol, and stays on your case for the length of the protocol.
A person, not a call center
Sara onboards you and stays your point of contact through labs and approval. Once your medication arrives you are assigned a coordinator who handles your reorders and your questions from then on. Two people, both of whom know your file.
Delivery every 10 weeks
Your next protocol ships before you run out. Nothing to remember, nothing to reorder, no gap in treatment.
A $9.99 monthly membership
It covers your patient portal, your coordinator's time between protocols, and your ongoing provider access. Ten dollars, not the $199 to $299 a month that hormone clinics normally charge for the same thing.
Bloodwork, at cost
Drawn at a lab near you. Billed at our negotiated rate, and your insurance may cover it. Bloodwork is required before any prescription is written.
Why most men quit TRT
Cost. Not side effects, not results. Men stop because the number they were quoted was never the number they paid. A few hundred to walk in the door, a few hundred a month to stay, then a separate bill every time the protocol needs more than testosterone alone. We put the whole protocol in one price and priced the membership at ten dollars.

Cheaper, because of what we cut
A hormone clinic charging $299 a month is paying for waiting rooms, front desks, and office visits you do not need in order to have your blood drawn and your protocol adjusted. We do not have those, so you are not paying for them.
What we did not cut is the part that decides whether this works: the people reading your labs and the people answering when you have a question about them.
You are not entering a ticket queue
From the moment you apply you are connected directly to Sara, who onboards you. Not a form, not a shared inbox. A person who picks up.
Providers who do this all day
Hormone health is not a side service here. It is the only thing our clinical team does, and they have been doing it for decades.
A coordinator once you are on protocol
When your medication arrives you are assigned a coordinator who owns your file from then on, through every reorder and every lab recheck.
Your clinical team

Four steps, start to shipped
Finish your intake
Four minutes. Your state, your symptoms, your medical history. No card required.
Get your bloodwork
Your coordinator sends a lab order to a draw site near you. Walk in, ten minutes, done.
Provider writes your protocol
A licensed provider reviews your labs and your history, then builds your protocol or tells you straight that TRT is not the right call for you.
Your protocol ships
Prepared by the pharmacy and delivered to your door. The next protocol ships automatically every 10 weeks until you tell us to stop.

Questions men actually ask
What does it actually cost?
Two ways to pay. $275 every 10 weeks plus a $9.99 monthly membership, which is $1,549.88 over a year. Or $1,250 for the year up front plus a $4.99 monthly membership, which is $1,309.88 and saves you $240.
Either way that covers your full medication protocol, meaning testosterone plus any ancillary medications your provider prescribes with it, along with provider oversight, coordinator support, and shipping. There is no new patient fee. Bloodwork is billed separately at our negotiated lab rate and your insurance may cover it.
Do I have to be a veteran?
No. Core Medical Group was built around veteran care and that is still where most of our outcomes data comes from, but this program is open to any man who qualifies. Same price, same providers, same protocol. Low testosterone does not check your DD-214.
What comes in the box?
Everything you need for the full 10 weeks, prepared by our pharmacy and ready to use. That is your testosterone plus whatever supporting medications your provider puts in your protocol, along with your supplies. What is in your box depends on your labs and your provider's plan, and it does not change your price.
Who actually treats me?
A licensed provider from our clinical team reviews your labs and writes your protocol. Dr. Kacprzak sets the clinical standards, and your protocol is written by him or by one of our nurse practitioners or physician assistants, all of whom work in hormone health full time. You are onboarded by Sara, and once your medication arrives you are assigned a coordinator who stays with your file.
Why do I need bloodwork first?
Because testosterone is a prescription medication and a provider cannot legally or responsibly write one without knowing your levels. It also protects you. Bloodwork catches the things that make TRT a bad idea for a specific person, and it gives your provider a baseline to measure against.
What if I do not qualify?
Then a provider tells you that directly and you are not charged for a protocol. Some men have symptoms driven by something other than testosterone, and putting them on TRT would not fix it. We would rather tell you that than take your money.
What if my protocol includes HCG?
Some men want HCG alongside testosterone. If your provider prescribes it, it adds $125 to your protocol. It is not part of the base price because most protocols do not include it, and we would rather quote you the real number than build it into everyone's bill. Your provider will tell you whether it makes sense for you before anything is charged.
How do I cancel?
From your patient portal, or by calling or emailing your coordinator. One step, no retention script, no penalty. Cancelling ends both the protocol shipments and the monthly membership. Cancel before your next protocol ships and you are not billed for it.
Do you take insurance or VA benefits?
This program is self-pay. Your lab draw may be billable to your insurance. Core Medical Group is separately approved as a community care provider in some states, which is a different pathway with different eligibility. Ask your coordinator which applies to you.
Which states can you treat?
We are licensed to treat in 47 states. Enter your state in the first step of intake and you will know immediately. If we are not live in your state yet, we will hold your spot.
